There really should have been something “proper” up yesterday, but given how tired I was (and still am) after Gaelcon last weekend, all I did was fill the gap with another two bits of my Platinum playthrough. And since nothing is coming to mind right now, it’s time for some random things about college.
There is one thing I will say about this part – it has a 56K warning. Seriously, get on a decent, reliable connection before reading on, because there are five videos in a very short space of time. I mean it.
Split off of Part 4, since it was too long, here’s Part 5 of a continuing thing I’m interested in! I would have used the word saga there, but I don’t think enough people read/care about it…
I am so far ahead of what I’ve posted right now, it’s unbelievable… Part 3 contains no less than five videos and three evolutions!
Sinéad recently gave her answer to the question “Are blogs borking the web?”. It made me wonder about accessibility and the like, and so this is where the loyal readership (if it exists!) comes in!
I’m sorry, but this crap has been happening too often recently, so I have to give out about it. In the Computing building in college, there are 4 computer labs. Students generally use the labs to hang out in between lectures and other commitments, but classes are also held on occasion. But, why is it that the class never informs the students that it’s going to be taking place?
Sorry it’s taken so long to get Part 3 up. I kept putting off the loading of the save backup and getting the second Galactic battle recorded. But that means that I now have a lot to post!
One thing that suddenly played in my mind this weekend, was part of the Simpsons episode where Homer is part of a Barbershop Quartet. The scene that played was the bit where Chief Wiggum was named as a castaway by Johnny Carson. This gave me an idea for a meme!
I consider this to be a very WTF moment, with regards to web browsers and compatibility. Yes, I am still using the god-forbidden Internet Explorer 8 (beta, supposedly), but there is one thing I’ve noticed recently, and it’s regarding fonts. Yes, I am that sad.
So, college has started back up again, but there are a few nagging things that I really do need to get done. They are relatively important, but countering that is the fact that there are other nagging issues preventing me from getting the original nagging issues out of the way and so they’ll stop nagging me. Argh, nagging!
