Given that this is the slow period, there will be posts like this with pretty much no content. You could say I’m slow to the foray, but then again back at the time it was the “in thing”, I was actually writing other stuff and didn’t see any reason to post stuff like this. Anyway, to the point – Twitter mosaics.
Let us compare the two different types of mosaics as they were captured five minutes ago.
Twitter Friends Mosaic (people I’m following)
Twitter Followers Mosaic (people who follow me)
Conclusion
There are a lot of people I follow who don’t seem like they want to bother their ass to follow me back. That and I also have quite a few people who either seem to care about what I say even though I don’t know them, or they just spam followed to try and get a follow back.
Another thing to note is that the whole Blackout Ireland thing has quite royally screwed up the mosaic a bit, as people feel the need to black themselves out in protest. While I’m not saying I don’t support the motion, simply blacking out avatars, in my eyes, doesn’t seem to be the sort of thing that will garner much attention from the people that matter.
Now I have to go get back to taping together a load of A4 pages to make some big TechWeek posters.

But do you really care if they follow you or not? I mean r-r-re-e-e-aly?
It probably wouldn’t be as big of a deal to me if it didn’t make my following/follower ratio look a little “askew”…
