There’s been a lot of things I’ve been meaning to do over the past week or so that, quite frankly, haven’t happened. It was all looking very doable at the start of the week, but it just seems to have fizzled out into nothingness. Maybe these long summer days are starting to take their toll on me – not that they’re really much different from long college days other than the location change. Ah well, now I’m stuck with a long to-do list and only three days until we go on holiday
So, I might have mentioned here and there that I have been playing the Gears of War 2 Dark Corners DLC recently, as part of reviewing it for Shoryuken. Well, I was just browsing around on one of the forums I tend to frequent, and an interesting thread popped up mentioning someone special appearing in IGN’s video review of the content.
I’ve been spacing out a little bit lately. So a few random thoughts and perks that have gone through my head recently that I’ve ended up spending way too much time thinking about for my own good.
So, the end of the A1GP season came around a couple of months ago, and last month popped up the usual end of season fan quiz, which I took a bash at this year, given how I’d been quite addictively following this year – and with good reason of course, what with Ireland taking the championship and all
It was about time the results and answers were released, seeing as it was supposed to end after a fortnight, meaning it’s either a fortnight late, or the guys had quite a few submissions to grade. And all I can say is that my knowledge of this season was… impressive for my standards, but not nearly impressive enough for the world’s standards…
Even with my feeds updating every 15 minutes automatically, the amount of time I’ve spent on Fallout 3 hasn’t helped much… Read the rest of this post…
So, for the past few days you may have noticed that my online activity has dropped dramatically compared to what most people would call “normal”. Well, there are a couple of reasons for that, but the one I’m going to be explaining today is probably the one none of you would care about – the new hard drive on my computer (and related crap).
