Today is a really black day for motor racing. In each of the three races I watched, a driver had a mostly deserved win robbed from them.
First in the F1, Massa had his win robbed by his team, forcing him to pull over and let Alonso through.
Then in the NASCAR, Montoya had his win robbed from him when an invisibris caution occured, bunching the field up, dropping him down the order and then his car becoming way loose in traffic and hitting the wall.
And just now, the final straw, Castroneves had his win robbed from him by a very shit blocking call on a restart when he barley moved from his line on a fucking airport runway to make the first turn.
Motor sport officiating has gone to shit today, I can tell you that.
I know that I was starting to turn into a videophobe, firstly after the Let’s Plays, then getting FRAPS and making random PC gameplay videos – and now even more so after getting my Intensity Pro and now making 360 videos. Maybe amateur video editing is the way for me to go in the future (assuming web designer/developer and my current college course don’t happen)?
Or rather, woo 21! Well, maybe not so much – I’m feeling really damn old now. Anyway, last weekend was bloody epic, especially the absolute chock-filled Saturday with friends during the day and family in the evening.
