So, I decided to take a couple crappy videos to “document” the occasion. This was when the snow first started to fall heavy-ish this afternoon:

While this is when I was walking down to pick up my sister from Irish dancing this evening, after it had really come down!

I’m just hoping it sticks and packs together to make a great scene tomorrow – good for taking piccies! While it’s not the best for those of you who have to work, oh well! I just wonder if it’ll be as good/bad as that evening after TeenCamp, when it really bucketed down in the time it took the bus to get from Ashtown to home…

This was originally going to be titled “‘Tis the season to – complain about why the snow didn’t come much earlier”, but that was probably a little long :P

Note: I am kicking myself for not taking pictures while waiting in the main street of the village after getting off the bus…

Three fast food joints, all lined up next to each other. All as pleasing as the others. And yet, I always end up going to Burger King instead of to the other two…

These three establishments are all on Lower O’Connell Street on the stretch between O’Connell Bridge and the LUAS Red Line, on the side opposite Abbey Street. Normally when I’m walking through town after getting off the bus en route to either Hawkins Street or College Green for the next bus leg of my journey back home.

Now, the thing that always gets me, is the fact that no matter what i say I want to eat, I almost always end up in Burger King. Why though is something I don’t think I’ll find out. Maybe it’s because I can’t make my mind up as I’m walking down, and by that time I’m already at Burger King. Maybe it has something to do with how much money I have. Maybe McDonalds doesn’t feel as nice since the roof is so much lower down at the register. Maybe I feel like I won’t have enough time to sit down in Eddie Rockets and enjoy my food. All these variables, and I don’t understand why they are there…

Maybe I’ll make a conscious effort to make enough time to enjoy my Eddie Rockets food tonight…

PS: Supermac’s is also on this same stretch of road, back down a bit. But I’m not THAT Irish to eat there…
