So, the Late Late came back last night. And I only just caught up with it on the RTÉ Player today. And yes, I know that it’s 6am on Sunday now, but this is coming through to the end of my internal clock’s cycle, so it seems like it was yesterday and today. Anyway, I caught up with the show, and there is one thing I must admit – I actually liked it…
Cross-posting this from Culch.ie. Just in case some of you still don’t yet realise I write stuff over there as well.
Who needs to rush to find a TV to watch Britain’s Got Talent live, when you just watch the “catch-up” of the best bits on YouTube, from the BGT show page?
For some bizarre reason recently, after once again re-watching nearly every single Noel’s House Party gunging video on YouTube, I really wanted to go look for videos of the very gungy kids gameshows that I used to watch when I was younger back in the ’90s and early noughties. The results were… nostalgic
While we should all know that having America create anime is a pretty bad idea, I get the feeling that if they tried this, it might just work. MIGHT. Heavy emphasis on that. If anime-based video games are anything to go by, it shouldn’t…
For the first time in a long while, I was watching TV at home, and while flicking through the channels, I noticed a few changes to the channel line-up. Now I now for sure that Magnet changes aren’t well advertised, so for those of you also using it, here you go!
There’s a bit of Gladiator mania taking place on Sky One right now, to co-incide with the start of the quarter-finals (I’m just after enjoying seeing both men winning on Pyramid and Oblivion being told off!) – but it’s not the only confrontation that’s taking place right now!
Unless you have been living under a rock, or been in a coma for the past week, you should be aware that Britain does indeed have talent. However, the results of the competition were quite surprising. The act I was willing to bet on winning the competition didn’t even make the top 3…
Got to love being back home again, where the TV is digital, the food is decent and cooked for you most of the time, and the Internet isn’t restricted by a proxy. Also got to love a day filled with motorsport from start to finish!
Let’s just say this weekend has had a good few traces of insomnia in it. Not the coffee company, but the sleeping “disorder”. Although technically not a disorder, more of a “too much other stuff to do which is more important that sleep” thing. I’ll stop now.
